This Privacy Policy explains what information Decision SAAS ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use this website and the platform-comparison quiz on it, how we use that information, and the choices you have.
When you complete the quiz and choose to see your result, we ask for your email address and, optionally, your first name. We collect this only when you enter it yourself. We also record which platform your answers matched with, so we can tailor what we send you.
The quiz itself does not set any cookies or store data in your browser. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when a page loads; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Email submissions are handled by our website host and our email service provider, which store your details so we can contact you. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site and our email list, and only as needed to provide what you requested.
If you join our email list, every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also ask us to confirm, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@decisionsaas.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to provide our services, and we remove it on request or when it is no longer needed.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
