Decision SaaS exists because most of the advice about these two platforms is written by people who have only used one of them — and a lot of it is out of date.
Decision SaaS is published by SunWish Media, an independent one-person digital publishing business. There is no agency behind it, no team, and no client roster.
That matters for one reason: nearly every comparison of Systeme.io and GoHighLevel is written by an agency that sells GoHighLevel setup services. Their advice is often good, but it is written for people who run agencies. This site is written for everyone else — solo creators, coaches, and small businesses trying to pick a platform without a consultant.
I hold active accounts on both Systeme.io and GoHighLevel and use each of them for what it is genuinely good at.
That is not a marketing line — it is why some of the conclusions here differ from what you will read elsewhere. Building real products in both surfaced things the feature comparisons miss: Systeme.io is the faster path for delivering an individual downloadable product, while GoHighLevel turned out to be the easier of the two for setting up a course with a community attached, which is the opposite of the usual advice. Systeme.io is easier to learn overall; GoHighLevel's free tutorial material is frequently outdated enough to cost you real hours.
Neither platform is effortless. Anyone telling you their pick is frictionless is selling something.
